Responsibilities: • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
