Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Qualifications: • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Compensation: $18 hourly
