We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks Qualifications: • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
