We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
