Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
