Responsibilities: • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
