Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Work with a variety of tools, hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Driver’s license and an outstanding driving record are necessary • Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
