Responsibilities: • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Qualifications: • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $17 per hour
