Responsibilities: • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Qualifications: • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
