We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
