Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities: • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
