We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $20 Hourly
