Responsibilities: • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Compensation: $20 hourly
