We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $18 Hourly
