Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $20 per hour
