Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Should have knowledge regarding plumbing, electric, pool, paint and texture, and some general maintenance Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
