We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Must have own tools Compensation: $17 per hour
