Responsibilities: • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
