Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Complete preventive maintenance of the rooms Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
