We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $15 - $16.50 hourly
