We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $15 - $16.50 hourly
