Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
