Responsibilities: • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
