We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
