You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
