About the Role:

Trinity Bluff Hospitality LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Person to join our team in Fort Worth, TX! In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our property in top condition, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained stay. Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms

Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff

Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other equipment

Perform carpentry and cosmetic repairs such as furniture touch‑ups, door hardware adjustments, drywall patching, painting.

Inspect and maintain common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds for safety and cleanliness

Maintain the pool area including checking and logging chemical readings and balancing pool chemistry as needed

Receive supply orders and stock/store inventory with the department leads

Perform safety checks on fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lights, smoke detectors

Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and hotel standards

Document completed work orders and report unresolved issues to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety guidelines

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
