About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Prescott M6 LLC as a Hotel Maintenance professional in beautiful Prescott, AZ! In this exciting role, you will ensure our facilities are in top condition, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as required.

Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.

Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and services.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and common areas.

Document all maintenance activities and report to management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
