Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • 2+ years of maintenance experience Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
