Conduct thorough checks of all guest room electrical appliances and circuits, including refrigeration controls, televisions, and lighting. Please make any necessary repairs.

Complete various hotel room and building repairs, such as replacing ceiling tiles and filters, changing light bulbs, patching vinyl, and painting as needed. This also includes repairs to toilets, sinks, laundry facilities, kitchen areas, and other hotel property.

Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the hotel exterior and grounds are consistently maintained.

Respond promptly and courteously to any guest questions, complaints, or requests.

Maintain all tools, workspaces, and equipment in proper working order.

Complete preventive maintenance checklists and accurately maintain all other required maintenance records.

Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance of the hotel.
