Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
