HOTEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a full-time maintenance tech for Motel 6 & Studio 6 Tucson North Hotel with 119-guest rooms. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Complete maintenance work orders for all rooms and property grounds in a timely basis.

Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms such as: plunging toilets, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment, including lamps, PTAC units, light bulbs, etc.

Basic pool maintenance.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas with a power washer.

Good communication skills between departments.

Basic painting skills and drywall experience are a plus.

Supervising assistant maintenance personnel

Other duties as assigned.

Pay is determined based on experience.

MUST HAVE:

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in the US

Weekend availability
