    We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and systems. This includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. • Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls. • Troubleshoot issues with machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC units. • Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpentry, and general cleaning of the facility. • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections. • Participate in preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. • Order and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects as needed. • Provide emergency maintenance support during off-hours or weekends, if required. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. • Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems. • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions. • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. • A valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the location. • May require working in various weather conditions and environments. Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
