About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Hampton In, Winchester as a Maintenance Technician! In this vital role, you will ensure our facilities are in top-notch condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.

Assist in renovations and upgrades of hotel facilities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.

Document maintenance activities and report on completed tasks.

Collaborate with team members to improve overall hotel operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical issues.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
