As the Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the hotel's daily operations run seamlessly. With minimal supervision, you will exercise independent judgment to optimize operations while upholding our vision, mission, and values. This self-starter position requires 24-hour availability and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective team leadership and operational management. Responsibilities: • Perform key administrative duties, including payroll, bank deposits, and adherence to operational checklists. • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Perform administrative duties in the office such as payroll, bank deposits, understanding budget management to maximize revenues, and follow up on operational checklists and safety training • Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings • Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence.
