About the Role:

Looking for a friendly and energetic Morning Breakfast Attendant to help start our guests' days off right! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our hotel each morning, creating a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain the morning breakfast buffet, ensuring food items are fully stocked and freshly replenished

Greet and assist hotel guests in the breakfast area with a friendly and professional demeanor

Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items including coffee, pastries, eggs, and more

Monitor food temperatures and ensure all items meet health and safety standards

Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the morning service

Clear and sanitize tables, counters, and serving stations promptly

Break down and properly store all breakfast items at the close of service

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a hotel environment preferred

Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM

Strong customer service skills with a positive, guest-first attitude

Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision needed

Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
