NexGen Hospitality is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk during overnight hours, completing daily financial reconciliations, and ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining the safety and security of the property.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
Balance and reconcile daily transactions, including room revenue, credit card payments, and cash receipts
Run end-of-day reports and complete audit procedures accurately
Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Perform light administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting or cash-handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working overnight shifts
High school diploma or equivalent required
