We're looking for a reliable and experienced Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This role is essential to our hotel's operations, ensuring smooth overnight guest services while completing daily audit procedures and preparing the property for the next business day.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest requests

Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports

Provide audit reports to management as requested

Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries via phone and email

Maintain property safety and security throughout the shift, responding appropriately to any situations that arise

Prepare and start breakfast service before the end of shift

Communicate effectively with morning staff to ensure seamless shift transitions

Maintain accurate records using property management systems and Google Workspace tools

Requirements

Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience required

Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations

Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and procedures

Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and basic computer applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions

Excellent communication skills

Must be available to work the 11 PM – 8 AM shift, 3 nights per week

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with hotel property management systems

Bilingual abilities a plus
