    Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Perform overnight front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs • Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions • Perform accurate billing checks and resolve discrepancies prior to running the night audit • Prepare and distribute daily audit and revenue reports • Handle credit card transactions and reconcile discrepancies • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally • Maintain cleanliness of public areas during overnight hours (lobby, restrooms, entrances, etc)Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens • Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours • Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and IHG brand standards • Communicate effectively with management regarding overnight activity or issues Qualifications: • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Requirements:Minimum of 1 year hotel front desk and/or night audit experience required • Experience using Opera and/or Hotel Key PMS systems required • Prior experience at an IHG-branded property preferred • Strong understanding of night audit procedures and basic accounting principles • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong guest service and communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance • Flexible availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, reports) • Ability to stand for extended periods • Assist with other duties as assigned Compensation: $16.75 hourly
