Our property is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service and computer experience are needed. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Qualifications: • Flexible overnight hours are required • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
