We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. • Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. • Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
