The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. • Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. Qualifications: • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
