The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. • Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Qualifications: • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $16 hourly
