The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. • Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Qualifications: • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. Compensation: $17.50 an hour
