We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. • Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. • Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
