We are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Responsibilities: • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive audit reports to support our hotel's financial integrity. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor and manage room availability, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation for the hotel. • Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. • Maintain a secure and organized work environment by adhering to all safety and security protocols. • Assist in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture. Qualifications: • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Compensation: $17 hourly
