The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. • Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. • Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Compensation: $15.50 - $16 hourly
