Location: Alexandria, Virginia (in person) Flexible Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours/week Pay start at $15 / hour
Overview We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist management at our hotel in Alexandria. In this role, you'll support daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and can manage multiple priorities in a busy hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the management
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
Help coordinate between front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Track invoices, assist with billing, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
Enter and organize data
Handle confidential information professionally and accurately
Take on other office and operational duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Bilingual ability is a strong plus (Spanish welcome)
Previous administrative, office, or hotel experience preferred
Comfortable using computers, email, and AI technology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Flexible availability, including some weekends
