    Job Description

    Hotel Operations Manager 75% Travel. Must have 3 to 5 years experience.

    The Operations Manager is a highly mobile, hands-on leader responsible for supporting critical operational needs across multiple locations. This role is deployed to assist with new openings, transition special Operations Manager ensures seamless operational execution, staff alignment, and adherence to company standards in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

    Performance Optimization

    · Assess current operational performance, identify gaps, and implement rapid solutions.

    · Provide strategic and tactical support to improve efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

    · Ensure all client requirements are met through effective scheduling, fulfillment, and workforce management.

    Training & Team Development

    · Train and mentor local management and frontline teams on company procedures, systems, and service standards.

    · Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires and clients at assigned locations.

    Project Management & Execution

    · Lead initiatives such as technology rollouts, brand transitions, or process standardization efforts.

    · Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Talent Acquisition, Finance/Accounting, HR, and IT to ensure successful project execution.

    · Act as a liaison between field teams, clients, and corporate support functions to streamline communication and resolve issues.

    Compliance & Quality Assurance

    · Conduct audits and follow-up visits as needed to ensure sustained improvement.

    · Drive process consistency, compliance, and adherence to legal and contractual obligations.

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years experience in Hotel, Casino or related hospitality
    • Ability to travel 75% of time
    • Training experience
    • Above average reporting and analytic experience
