What You’ll Own
Lead and energize Housekeeping & Maintenance teams to deliver exceptional results
Ensure spotless rooms, pristine public areas, and fully operational systems
Conduct detailed inspections — your standards set the bar
Own and execute preventative maintenance programs
Respond quickly to issues and drive immediate solutions
Manage scheduling, labor, and departmental efficiency
Create a culture of accountability, pride, and teamwork
Technical Expertise We Need
CPO Certified (Certified Pool Operator) – must have experience maintaining pool & hot tub operations including safety, chemical balance, and compliance
Strong working knowledge of:
HVAC / PTAC systems
Plumbing systems and repairs
General hotel maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose, fix, and prevent issues before they impact the guest experience
