The Residence Inn Philadelphia/Glen Mills is hiring a Hotel Operations Manager. In this role, you will support the GM with the operation of the hotel, specifically supporting housekeeping. Responsibilities: • Coordinating activities across various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising personnel to maintain high standards of service. • Implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality. • Handling complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. • Developing and enforcing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and streamline operations. • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations. • Working with department heads to coordinate activities and achieve common goals. • Continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the guest experience. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, but not required. • Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role. • Housekeeping supervisory experience.
